China Jiangsu International Human Resources Company(CJIHRC),hereinafter referred to as the " Company ", a subsidiary solely funded when registered by China Jiangsu International Economic-Technical Cooperation Corporation Group, hereinafter referred to as the " Parent Company ", is the largest company in Jiangsu Province especially delegated by the government department having engaged itself professionally in international exchange of human resources and overseas labour service, and having acted as an agent to provide labour abroad, and for those individuals employed abroad. The Parent Company, due to its outstanding achievements made both at home and abroad, is selected concurrently as a member and Deputy President at the 6th Session of Sino Japanese Trainees Coordination Organization, one of the 24 firms and a member of the Council announced in August 2003 by the Chamber of China Overseas Engineering Works, the Ministry of Commerce, to provide the engineering works in Singapore with labour service, a firm approved by the Ministry of Commerce and certified in the joint name of the Chamber of China Overseas Engineering Works and the Hotel and Catering Management Office of the German Department of labour to provide Germany with chef, one of the Chinese firms, the only one in Jiangsu Province, chosen by the Central Council of the South Korean Engineering Works to provide its civil engineering industry with trainees, and one of the 28 firms, the only one in Jiangsu Province, determined by the Ministry of Commerce, to provide Saipan, USA, with labour service.
The Company possesses experienced personnel, who, having worked for long in labour service abroad and exchange of human resources, provide quick, perfect, standard service in employment, technical test, training, exit formalities and their management abroad, a team of labour systematic to the assembly line, and individual labour as specifically required by our customers, and who also provide different managerial personnel, high, higher and highest, and skilled workers, operators and service personnel, and the Company, having its own databank of human resources, and building up good cooperation with some international well-known enterprises, has over the past twenty years provided more than 60,000.00 personnel, who have worked over thirty countries or regions of Singapore, Japan, Canada, USA, Middle East and Africa, in such trades as civil engineering, computer, electronics, chemistry, textile, garment, hotel, restaurant, food manufacture, agriculture, fishery and livestock.
The Company also provides such service as information, legal advice, communication, liaison, arrangements abroad and visa procedures for those Chinese who are going abroad for non-public affairs as local residents, inheritors or visitors, and provide foreign experts who want to be employed in China with information of employment, advice, entry procedures, etc.
